Our
on-line shop sells products to companies and private citizens of the
legal age. The product prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the
right to change our pricing and the chargeable delivery costs.
Ordering
When
ordering a product from our on-line shop, place it in the shopping
cart and pay for the cart contents using the Klarna Checkout payment
service. All customer data will be processed confidentially. The
contact information requested in conjunction with your order will be
exclusively used for delivering your order, or for clarifying any
uncertainties encountered, unless specifically stated otherwise. When
using the on-line shop service, you are supposed to be acquainted
with and committed to our currently valid terms of delivery.
Payment
and payment methods
We
use the Klarna Checkout on-line payment service, with the payment
options being the use of invoices, hire purchase, debit and credit
card payments, as well as on-line banking services.
By
providing information during the checkout process, you accept the
conditions stated by Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavaqen 46, 111 34
Stockholm, Sweden). To accept the general conditions of

Confirming
orders and payments
Once
we have received your order, we will immediately confirm it by
e-mail, providing the detailed information of your order. Always
check the content of the order confirmation note. If you have any
questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Keep the
order confirmation note safe for potential contacts with our customer
service. When contacting our customer service, please keep your
potential customer number and order number available at all times.
Always check that the delivery package content complies with the
products stated in the order confirmation note.

Delivery
methods and delivery costs
Packaging
and postage are included in the delivery costs. We will provide you
with an estimate of you shopping cart content, including the
chargeable delivery costs, based on the primary delivery method of
your choice. You will see the exact delivery cost sum after having
selected the preferable payment and delivery methods for your
delivery. The delivery methods in use depend on the content and total
weight of you shopping cart. In the checkout phase, you can select
the most suitable delivery method option from among those currently
in use, including an accurate account of the delivery costs.
Delivery
time
Depending
on the order and delivery method, our commonest delivery times to
Finland are 2
to 7 days.
Delivery times to other countries are determined as per the distance

We will provide you with an exceptional delivery time, in cases where
your shopping cart contains products that have been sold out from our
stock, informing you of any potential delay immediately after
receiving your order.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by Force Majeure situations, or for any disadvantage caused by the indirect
consequences
thereof. Please check our on-line shop website for the exceptional
delivery times as necessary.
Product
return conditions
If
you have received a product, you are required to keep it essentially
unchanged and undiminished in value until the moment you decide to
take it over.
However,
should you decide to cancel the agreement, after having taken the
product into use, you shall be responsible for the decreased value of
the product in question. The goods in question shall not be
considered as having been taken into use, provided that you have
handled the goods only in a way which is necessary to verify the
nature, type, properties and functionality of the product in
question.
Should
you want to cancel the distance selling agreement, you are required
to immediately return the product you have received, up to a maximum
period of fourteen (14) days from having submitted your cancelling
note. You shall be responsible for any direct expenses arising from
the returning of the goods.
We
shall immediately refund any payments received from you, or up to a
maximum period of fourteen days, after having received your
cancellation note, apart from any extra costs possibly incurred from
a delivery method other than the offered most affordable one that you
have chosen. However, we shall have the right to withdraw from refund
payments until we have received the goods back from you, or until we
obtain evidence that you have returned the goods to us.
We
shall refund the payments received from you, which you have made for
the original transaction, unless you have specifically agreed upon a
different arrangement. The refund of payments must not cause any
extra costs to you.
Agreement
cancellation right
You
shall have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen (14)
days without stating the reason for it. The agreement cancellation
right period shall expire after fourteen (14) days from the date of
receiving the final goods shipment, or from the moment of receiving
the order, in cases where downloadable products are concerned.
In
order to use the agreement cancellation right, you shall announce
your agreement cancellation decision to us in an unambiguous manner
(by letter or e-mail, for example). You can also use our printable
electronic return form, the use of which is not mandatory, however.
In
order to comply with the agreement cancellation time limit to a
satisfactory degree, it is enough that you send us a note of using
your cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.
Cancellation
effects
In
cases where you cancel this agreement, we shall immediately refund
you with any payments you have made, including the delivery costs
(apart from any additional costs incurred from a delivery method of
your choice which does not comply with the most affordable standard
delivery method offered by us), or in any event after a maximum
period of fourteen (14) days from receiving your cancellation note.
We shall make the refund using the same payment method you have used
in the original transaction, unless you have specifically agreed upon
another method, in any event in a manner that causes no expenses
payable by you.
You
are required to return the goods without delay, and after a period of
fourteen (14) days from the cancellation note submission date, at the
latest. Compliance with the time limit is verified if you return the
goods before the said time limit expires.
You
shall be responsible for the decreased value of the goods in cases
where it is due to factors other than the required handling of the
goods in order to verify their fitness for the intended purpose in
terms of their nature, type, properties and suitability.
Unclaimed
packages
Unclaiming
does not mean the same as returning or cancellation. We shall charge
the delivery costs for any unclaimed packages, pertaining to which no
cancellation note has been received.
Problem
situations
In
cases where a product is lost or damaged during transportation, or if
it does not otherwise comply with your order, you are required to
announce the failure in writing within a maximum period of fourteen
(14) days, to the address stated in the section titled Agreement
cancellation right, or by calling the phone number stated in our
contact information. In cases where the package has been clearly
damaged during transportation, you are required to make a complaint
immediately to the transportation company whose delivery method you
have chosen.
